MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Jessie Owens. My approach to technology is rooted in my time as a Client Systems Technician in the United States Air Force. In the military, I learned that high-security environments require strict discipline, clear documentation, and unwavering reliability—principles I now bring to every Eldritch IT project.

Today, I work as an enterprise Systems Administrator and hold multiple industry certifications (including CompTIA Security+, A+, and ITIL). But IT isn’t just my day job; it’s my lifelong hobby. When I’m not helping clients or spending time with my wife and two kids, I’m constantly experimenting in my own enterprise-grade homelab—building servers, segmenting networks, and deploying infrastructure just to see how it ticks.

I founded Eldritch IT because I believe technology should create opportunities, not frustration. Whether you need a secure small business network, a robust Wi-Fi overhaul, or just someone to make sense of the digital chaos, I’m here to bring order to the complexity.
